alcohol-free?

Oh did I mention that the Dukan diet doesn’t allow alcohol? God knows how I’m gonna do it.

and uhm. I have cheated quite a number of times in Week 2 (to be detailed) so maybe that was why I haven’t really lost weight.

Just some background. I used to drink A LOT. Like binge drink. Think 4 drinks EVERY NIGHT. It was surprising why I didn’t put on weight. Must have something to do with the not eating before drinking thing.

Anyhow, I’ve cut down significantly since then, only having a glass (or two. or half a bottle!) of wine with food, and perhaps a beer every night. It relaxes me okay? No judging.

but the temptation is still strong, so I’m gonna allow myself a naughty glass of wine every two days or so.
